HNV Consulting is a wealth management firm headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We are an ARN-registered mutual fund distributor and IRDA-registered insurance advisor. In the context of this Privacy Policy, HNV Consulting is the Data Fiduciary — the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

You — the individual filling this form — are the Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Through the Wealth Health Report tool at wealthreport.hnvconsulting.com, we collect the following categories of personal data:

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank account details, passwords, or any government-issued identity documents through this tool.

We collect and process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Generating your personalised Wealth Health Score and preliminary diagnostic report
• Sending you a copy of your report by email (only if you provide your email and request it)
• Recording your submission in HNV Consulting's internal lead management system
• Enabling an HNV Consulting advisor to follow up with you for a detailed financial planning consultation

We do not use your data for automated profiling, behavioural advertising, or any purpose beyond the above.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your free, informed, specific, and explicit consent — given through the consent checkbox on the form before data collection begins, as required under Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to connect@hnvconsulting.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

• Your submission data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to authorised HNV Consulting advisors
• Email delivery is handled through Hostinger SMTP servers using encrypted transmission (TLS)
• No third party receives your personal data for marketing, sale, or transfer
• Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Vercel's secure cloud platform
• Access to lead data is restricted to HNV Consulting personnel only

8. Children's data

This tool is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through this tool, please contact us immediately at connect@hnvconsulting.com and we will delete the data promptly.

We use the following third-party services to operate this tool. Each processes data only as instructed by us and does not use your data for their own purposes:

• Google Workspace (Sheets) — internal lead storage and management
• Hostinger SMTP — email delivery for report and advisor notification
• Vercel — backend serverless function hosting

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our practices. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the tool's consent screen.
